We at Simply Chocolate aim  our wedding fayres at the serious wedding customers who want to order and book quality services for their wedding day.  We have no gimmicks, no charity collections, no entrance fees, all we ask is that brides and their family/friends etc just come along and see our exhibitors many of whom have discounts or promotions available.

Wedding Exhibitions - Spring Season 2010

 

Wedding fayres for the Spring 2010 season are as follows:

 

Sunday 21st March 2010 12 noon - 4pm - Vermont Hotel, Newcastle  - 30 places available - all the usual advertising.  A lovely hotel with a touch of class.   Cost £75

 

Sunday 11th April, 2010 12 noon - 4pm - Quality Hotel, Boldon - 25 places available - all the usual advertising.  A return visit to the Quality due to the refurbishment programme.  The Hotel will be fully

refurbished by this exhibition and exhibitors and brides will be able to see how fabulous a reception venue this now is.  Cost to exhibitors £35

 

Advertising

I will advertise all wedding fayres through local newspapers, banners where possible, posters, internet on The Wedding Guide Site  and an advert in Belle Bridal.

 

 Payment

Wedding Fayres will be on a first come first served basis once you have completed the booking forms together with your cheque made payable to Simply Chocolate and returned to the address on the bottom, you will receive confirmation and will be receipted.  Photographers/car/chair covers and cake companies please check with me as to whether there are places available before booking. If you have any friends/colleagues that are interested please give them our number and we will send out the booking form or alternatively they can download this form and complete.  Please check the T & C's before booking.

Terms and conditions of booking

 

Payment is required at the time of booking

 

Stands will be allocated by me 48 hours before the event, however I will take into consideration any reasonable requests.

 

Exhibitors must not bring any more displays than will fit into the space they have booked, nor bring anyone else along with them doing any other business  or trade other than themselves or advertise any other business or trade on their stand by ways of leaflets/business cards banners etc.

 

Exhibitors will be informed of set up times for each exhibition

 

All stands must be completed and staffed by a minimum of 1 person and remain so for the duration of the Wedding Fayre.

 

Stands which are not occupied by 15 minutes before opening will be removed or allocated to another exhibitor to avoid empty space unless I am pre-warned Stands must not be dismantled until finish of Wedding Fayre.

 

Exhibitors are responsible for the cost of the repairs, damage made to any fixtures and fittings, buildings or outside areas of the Hotels, venues we use if caused by themselves or their employees.

 

Simply Chocolate will be under no liability to the exhibitor whatsoever or under no obligation to refund charges made as a result of the exhibition being cancelled, postponed, abandoned, suspended, poor attendance or otherwise affected by any cause outwith the organisers control.
